PROGRESS UPDATE

We’re delighted to update you on the progress at Chevron One Residences. Our team, along with Icon, have been making consistent progress since the beginning of January 2025.

 

 

Recent Progress

Jump form poured up to Level 42.

Sub-framing and balustrade installation ongoing to Level 37.

Glazing installation commenced on Level 38.

Painting soffits up to Level 36.

Services risers/pipework installation ongoing, up to Level 37.

Gyprock lining installing to apartments on Level 32.

Partition framing to internal walls complete up to Level 36.

Benchtops installed up to Level 20.

Final painting to Level 28 apartments.

We continue to achieve major milestones however, due to ongoing weather and supply chain challenges, completion is now estimated for early 2026. We appreciate that this delay is frustrating, but everyone is doing all they can to ensure the earliest possible completion date can be achieved.
