PROGRESS UPDATE

Happy New Year from the team at Bensons Property Group!

We’re thrilled to let you know that the project builder, Icon returned on-site as expected, after the holiday period.

 

 

Recent Progress

The concrete structure is at level 21.

The lift core is at level 24.

The external balustrade has reached level 18.

The internal fit-out and plastering has commenced and, level 3 &4 is being fitted out.

The building is now more than 50% constructed and progressing well.

We remain on track for the building to be completed later this year. We will be providing a further update on the building’s progress in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned for additional milestones as we bring Chevron One Residences closer to completion.
