Construction Update May 2024
We are thrilled to provide the latest progress update on the construction of Chevron One Residences. Our team is dedicated to ensuring an efficient and timely completion, with completion estimated for Q4 2025 – Q1 2026.
RECENT MILESTONES:
Installation of second tower crane to accelerate construction
Pouring of the horizontal structure to Level 4 and commencement of vertical structure to level 5
Installation of a twin hoist
Core poured to Level 6
UPCOMING MILESTONES:
A second hoist to be installed
Installation commencement for glazed balustrades and external curtain walls from Ground Floor to Level 2 commencing soon
Commencement of internal fitting from Level 2 with lock up expected for end of August
