PROGRESS UPDATE

We’re delighted to update you on the progress at Chevron One Residences.

Our dedicated team, along with Icon, have been making significant strides since returning to site at the beginning of January with completion estimated for late 2025 / early 2026.

We have achieved major milestones in January 2025 with the installation of the lifts commencing, second concrete pour has commenced on Level 27 and the core has reached Level 29 onwards.

 

 

 

Recent Milestones

• The second concrete pour for Level 25 has been successfully completed.

• The jump form has been poured up to Level 27.

• Sub-framing and balustrade installation are ongoing up to Level 18.

• Glazing installation commenced on Level 17.

• The soffits have been painted up to Level 17.

• Services risers and pipework installation are continuing up to Level 19.

• Gyprock linings to apartments Levels 8-9.

• Floor and wall tiling works to apartments Levels 6-7.

• Commencement of floor coverings to Level 4 apartments.

Upcoming Milestones

• The Level 26 Pour 1 and 2 is scheduled to commence shortly, marking another significant step in the construction process.

• The jump form will be poured to Level 28, ensuring the structure continues to rise as planned.

• Window panel installation is expected to start on Level 19, adding more definition to the building’s exterior.

• The installation of balustrade posts will continue on Level 19, contributing to the aesthetic of the structure.

• Partition framing is making good progress on Level 12-13, helping to define the internal spaces of the lower floors.

• Wall & floor tiling to apartments Level 7 onwards commence installation of apartment’s cabinetry on Level 3
