HIGH INTEREST IN CHEVRON ONE
Bensons Property Group have launched a $260 million arts-inspired residential development, Chevron One.
The project is a collaboration between Bensons and Marchese Partners Architects, an award-winning architectural practice who have delivered landmark Melbourne projects such as Solstice in Hawthorn East and Vanguard in Malvern East.
Recorded sales for Chevron One so far have reached over $33 million, with 26 apartments, including a $3.25 million sub-penthouse, sold since its official launch.

This 41-level tower offers a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments set within architecture inspired by organic sculptural forms reflective of the iconic Gold Coast symbols of the sun, beach and ocean.
All apartments feature seamlessly connected indoor to outdoor living spaces, contemporary finishes and views overlooking Surfers Paradise, the Nerang River and the hinterland.

A residents’ sculpture garden is one of the many amenities within Chevron One’s private residents’ club, Club One. The garden will include sculptural works by artists including James Parrett and Deborah Halpern, helping align Chevron Island with the Gold Coast’s Home of the Arts (HOTA).

Chevron One offers the best of both worlds — the vibrant energy of Surfers Paradise and a charming village atmosphere. Ideally positioned on Stanhill Drive, Chevron One is well connected to iconic lifestyle precincts, retail and public transport.
This calm island oasis, which is only a seven-minute walk from the Surfers Paradise beach, will offer residents exclusive island living.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
