Crane Installed on Chevron One Site

Bensons Property Group is delighted to share another significant construction milestone on our Gold Coast project, Chevron One.

We mark a momentous achievement as installation of the Favco 310D internal climber Tower crane has been completed, positioned within the central core lift shaft. Currently at 50 metres in height, the crane will continue to climb as the building rises above street level, eventually topping out at 167 metres tall with a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tonnes.

This installment signifies a pivotal step forward in the development’s journey, as we elevate our vision for this iconic high-rise on Chevron Island.

Chevron One stands as a testament to our unwavering pursuit of perfection and sets the standard for luxurious living on the Gold Coast. With each passing day, we move one step closer to realising this vision.

Chevron One is expected to be completed mid-2025 in partnership with established builder, ICON Construction.
