CHEVRON ONE –
AN EXCLUSIVE ISLAND RESIDENCE

Strong demand for larger apartments is being met by revising floorplans and increasing car parking floorplates. The larger apartments are further enhanced through oversized balconies allowing residents to experience panoramic views of the ocean, river and Hinterland from this landmark development.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

With construction scheduled to commence in Q4 2020, Chevron One is expected to welcome its first residents in mid-2023. Demolition has occurred with the existing buildings at 36-44 Stanhill Drive cleared and the remaining building at 46 Stanhill Drive, which was recently acquired to provide extra car parking, being demolished in September 2020. In addition, overhead electrical cables and aerial infrastructure fronting the site have been removed and undergrounded to facilitate construction and a site shed has been placed on site.

AN ICON ON THE GOLD COAST

Chevron Island’s unlimited height controls are expected to disappear once a new City Plan, which is currently being reviewed, comes into effect in mid-2020. This will limit height to around 11 storeys. Chevron One may end up being the only tall building on the Island, with unimpeded views in all directions, affirming it as a true icon and very much one-of-a kind. A home to those in the know.

A CONNECTED LIFESTYLE

Chevron Island is a perfectly positioned address, providing access to the best of the Gold Coast, and residents at Chevron One will enjoy a resort-style lifestyle with ultimate connectivity. With the City Plan also proposing a new late-night Chevron Island dining precinct in its centre, and extending operating hours from 10pm to midnight, further enhanced lifestyle options and gentrification will soon be in place.

The recent completion of the pedestrian and bicycle bridge linking Chevron Island directly to the Gold Coast’s Home Of The Arts (HOTA) will add further amenity and cultural vibrancy to the area.
