CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Chevron Island’s unlimited height controls are expected to disappear once a new City Plan, which is currently being reviewed, comes into effect in mid-2020. This will limit height to around 11 storeys. Chevron One may end up being the only tall building on the Island, with unimpeded views in all directions, affirming it as a true icon and very much one-of-a kind. A home to those in the know.
