The island capitalises on its close proximity to major business, entertainment, cultural and retail precincts while enjoying a private ‘village-like’ atmosphere.

“It’s close to the city, yet has its own personality,” Enzo comments. “I see Chevron Island becoming one of the next hot-spots on the Gold Coast. There’s a lot happening and a lot more coming.”

The addition of the arts centre is great, Enzo reckons, and he thinks that Chevron Island can really become an arts precinct. “It’s gonna bring a variety of things for families and singles, like markets and shows.”

“I like the feel of Chevron Island – the community,” Enzo adds.
